RK3200: GPRS Alarm Communicator

This is an integrated solution (communicators, gateway software, accessories) that allows alarm monitoring companies around the world to connect reliably and efficiently their customers to the Central Monitoring Station. Using GPRS as a main communications channel, and other ways as backup, RK3200 ensures fast reporting of alarm events, and continuous supervision of the links between every customer and the alarm company's premises.

RK3100: GSM Alarm Cellular Backup

This device keeps electronic alarm panels connected to the security company's monitoring center, even when the home/office phone line is down. Cutting down the phone line is a common "technique" used by burglars before entering a house. Our product RK3100 monitors the phone line constantly, and when it goes down, it switches to cellular backup (using a cell module integrated within our device) instantly, even notifying the panel of the phone line cut-off using one of its zones.

MAIC: Alarm Messages by SMS

Our MAIC ("Mensajes de Alarma Instantáneos vía Celular", or Instant Alarm Messages by Cell Phone) detects phone line cuts or alarm activation (either bell ringing or PGM switching), and in a few seconds it sends SMS messages to different destinations. Messages can be sent to the house/office owner, to a security guard, and/or to a monitoring service company.

RK3300: CPP (Calling Party Pays) Savings on calls to cell phones

When connecting a RightKey RK3300 Interface to their PBX, companies can save 30% or more in outgoing calls to cell phones. By routing to installed RK3300's all calls to cell phones started from any of the PBX extensions, the CPP cost is avoided, paying only the lower cost of a cell phone call.

RK3000: Expandable GPRS Platform for Telemetry

Our RK3000 Platform is the basis for designing personalized telemetry/telecontrol applications and systems. The RK3000 Communicator can link to many devices in the field, reading variables and system status, and acting on certain pre-programmed triggers. Actions include GPRS reporting, SMS instant delivery, upload/download of information to and from servers, local telecontrol (switching outputs), etc. We are ready to analyze and design a customized solution for your company's project.
